Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

At Unvaulted New York, we take great care in packaging all orders to help ensure they arrive safely.

Vinyl records are shipped using appropriate record mailers and protective packaging materials.
Multiple-item orders may be shipped in larger boxes designed to minimize movement during transit.
We strive to protect collectible and vintage items from damage during shipment.

Shipment Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery can be accepted at the shipping address provided.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Unvaulted New York is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Contact us as soon as possible.
Retain all packaging materials.
Provide photographs of any damage to the product and packaging when applicable.

We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

Customs clearance charges

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned to us due to:

Incorrect addresses
Delivery refusal
Failure to claim the package

may be refunded less the original shipping costs and any return shipping charges incurred.

Many items sold by Unvaulted New York are vintage and collectible records. While every effort is made to accurately describe and grade items, minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and normal use may be present.

All records are packaged carefully to help prevent damage during transit. Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any shipping-related issues.
