How are your records graded?
Most used records are visually graded using industry-standard grading guidelines unless otherwise noted.

Do you sell both new and used records?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of both new and pre-owned vinyl records.

Do you buy record collections?
Absolutely. We are always interested in purchasing quality vinyl collections of all sizes.  When you’re ready, please send us an e-mail at unvaultedny@gmail.com. There’s no need to make a list, or organize the records for us. Once we review your email, we can contact you to go over the details and discuss your collection.

How quickly do you ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

How are records packaged?
Records are shipped in protective record mailers with appropriate packing materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available for select destinations. Additional duties and taxes may apply.
